What We Collect

We collect the minimum data needed to provide TitleLab:

• Account info: Email address, name, and password hash when you sign up
• Payment info: Processed securely by Stripe. We never see or store your card number
• Usage data: Channels you import, titles you generate, and feature usage to improve the product
• YouTube data: Public video metadata (titles, views, likes) from channels you import via the YouTube API

How We Use Your Data

• To provide and improve TitleLab's features
• To process your subscription payments via Stripe
• To send transactional emails (welcome, receipts, password resets)
• To respond to support requests

We do not sell your data. We do not share your data with third parties except as needed to operate the service (Stripe for payments, email providers for transactional emails).

YouTube API Services

TitleLab uses YouTube API Services to fetch public video data. By using TitleLab, you agree to be bound by the YouTube Terms of Service and Google Privacy Policy.

We only access publicly available video metadata. We do not access your personal YouTube account or private videos.

Data Storage & Security

Your data is stored securely with encryption at rest. We use industry-standard security practices. Your password is hashed and never stored in plain text.

Your Rights

You can:

• Export your data at any time from your account settings
• Delete your account and all associated data
• Update your account information
