Agreement

By using TitleLab, you agree to these terms. If you don't agree, don't use the service.

What TitleLab Does

TitleLab helps YouTube creators research competitor titles and generate title ideas using AI. We provide tools—what you do with them is your responsibility.

Your Account

  • You must provide accurate information when signing up
  • You're responsible for keeping your password secure
  • One account per person/organization
  • You must be 18 or older to use TitleLab

Acceptable Use

You agree NOT to:

  • Use TitleLab for anything illegal
  • Attempt to access other users' data
  • Reverse engineer or scrape our service
  • Resell access to TitleLab without permission
  • Use automated bots or scripts to abuse the service
  • Generate content that violates YouTube's policies

Payments & Subscriptions

  • Subscriptions are billed monthly via Stripe
  • You can cancel anytime from your account settings
  • Cancellation takes effect at the end of your billing period
  • We don't offer refunds for partial months
  • We may change prices with 30 days notice
  • Free trials don't auto-convert; you must choose a plan to be charged

Your Content

You own the titles you generate. We don't claim any rights to your content. However, we may use anonymized, aggregated data to improve our AI models.

Third-Party Services

TitleLab uses the YouTube API and AI services. Your use of TitleLab means you also agree to comply with YouTube's Terms of Service. We're not responsible for changes to these third-party services.

Disclaimers

  • TitleLab is provided "as is" without warranties
  • We don't guarantee any specific results (views, clicks, etc.)
  • AI-generated titles are suggestions—use your judgment
  • We're not responsible for how you use generated content
  • Service availability may vary; we aim for high uptime but don't guarantee it

Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, TitleLab's liability is limited to the amount you've paid us in the past 12 months. We're not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages.

Termination

We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms. You can close your account anytime. Upon termination, your data will be deleted within 30 days.

Changes to Terms

We may update these terms. Continued use after changes means you accept the new terms. We'll notify you of significant changes via email.
